YINTROSPECTION

Consider this Yin-inspired candle lit extended yoga classes as an invitation to counter balance the intensity of everyday life, a welcoming part of any Sunday self care routine you may already have or one you long to establish.

The 90 minute session will be very different to the fiery Yang classes I regularly teach, but the perfect compliment to any movement modality. Suitable for ALL bodies - old and young, big or small, strong or weak, beginners and advanced, flexible or not - this class will be spent mostly seated or lying down using a multitude of props of all kinds to help us find an appropriate depth in each posture that we can hold for an extended period of time.
