SUMMER SOLSTICE

On the eve of the longest day of the year - the summer solstice - we'll take our practice to the seafront. 

The summer solstice is a fiery, fertile, exuberant, passionate time, when the earth’s loveliness is blooming. Energy wise, we're full. Full of hope, full of potential. On the longest day of the year, we'll draw inspiration from the warmth of the sun, the hight of the light - working together with the collective intention of RADIANCE in our practice. 

At the Solstice the sun appears to stand still before it changes direction. And so, we too will stand still. We will move from our moving practice into journaling - a moment of pause, and take time to reflect. As if we have reached the top of a mountain we'll stop to take in the view.
