Treat yourself to an immersive wellbeing experince in the lush garden of the Gurnards Head Hotel.

Reset & restore - Sunday 4th of September 3-4PM

Sunday afternoon's class will be a gentle and slow paced class with the aim to release and nourish the whole body. While there will be some flow-based movement to soften the joints and warm up the body, a majority of the class will consist of longer holds and deeper breaths.

This yoga class is part of a two-day event at the Gurnards head.

Both classes are open to all levels, and mats & props are provided.

Sound bath tickets include a bowl of Tom Yum soup (vg, gf) & Coombe's Head sourdough, served after the sessions. Both the yoga & sound bath workshops will be hosted undercover in the garden.
