About the event
*This workshop has been brought back due to popular demand, and will be similar to last year's event but with updated journaling promts. For the full experience, book in for the Intention setting workshop on January 7th as well*
This is an invitation to create a more peaceful, calm & clear state of being as you start to transition into the new year.
During this workshop we will be moving slowly & consciously, with longer holds & deeper breaths. We will be opening different parts of the body as a way of using the physical body to come back to ourselves to contemplate the year that has passed.
Interwoven with the physical practice there will be pauses for contemplation and journaling*. I will be sharing journaling prompts to guide & help you to look back at 2023 from a holistic perspective and with a focus on preparing for the new…
