INTENTION SETTING FOR 2024

The first workshop of 2024 is an invitation to leave the challenges and wins of 2023 behind and step into the new year filled with focus, determination and love.

A moment to pause to look ahead, combining a dynamic and uplifting yoga practice with intention setting.

Intentions to come back to that will support you through the ups and downs,

help you clarify your dreams & goals,

and motivate you to live your own truth.

Through the physical practice and journaling prompts, the aim of this 2 hour gathering is to get to the heart of how we really feel and what kind of life we want to create or continue to build in the new year.

It is a follow up to the closing ritual of our December workshop where we let go of 2023, but don’t worry if you won't attend that one as we all benefit from starting off the new year consciously. This is about more than making a few new year resolutions, but instead getting granular about what we want and how to get there.

The physical practice will be energetic and fluid, but open to all levels of practitioners - new & old - with pauses, rest and modifications offered throughout.
