About the event
The first workshop of 2023 is an invitation to leave the challenges and wins of 2022 behind and step into the new year filled with focus, determination and love.
A moment to pause to look ahead, combining a flowing and uplifting yoga practice with intention setting.
Intentions to come back to that will support you through the ups and downs,
help you clarify your dreams & goals,
and motivate you to live your own truth.
Through the physical practice and journaling prompts, the aim of this 2 hour gathering is to get to the heart of how we really feel and what kind of life we want to create or continue to build this new year.
